successfully complete a farm administration program supplied by a cooperative expansion provider, a residential area university, a grown-up professional farming regimen, a non-profit organization, or a land-grant university or college; and/or

successfully complete a farm administration program supplied by a cooperative expansion provider, a residential area university, a grown-up professional farming regimen, a non-profit organization, or a land-grant university or college; and/or

successfully completed a farm mentorship, apprenticeship, or internship program with an emphasis on management criteria and daily farm control behavior; and/or

successfully repaid an FSA youthfulness financing; and/or

posses a well established partnership with a person who possess experience in agriculture or ranching, or is a retired character 300 loan with bad credit or rancher, and it is participating as a counselor in U.S. small company government’s Service Corps of Retired professionals (SCORE) program or with a local farm or farm agent or business, authorized by the Secretary, which devoted to mentoring the character or rancher.
