CLEVELAND, Ohio — The U.S. federal government Tuesday announced unlawful fees against a Georgia collection agency that scared individuals in the united states into spending bogus debts.
The five-year scam siphoned $4 million from customers in 50 states, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of the latest York stated Tuesday because it unsealed a problem against Georgia-based Williams Scott & Associates.
