After a few communications and having a $10 credit offer we made a decision to get PayPal involved and got credit after paying $80 delivery USPS (UPS would have been $130) we finally got a reimbursement. on there internet site it states that they can pay return if defective while having not heard any interaction about return shipping. our loss.

I emailed them and they said that they delivered the item out significantly less than 3 minutes when I contacted them after which they explained that i possibly couldn’t obtain a refund.
