NIEMEYER, Circuit Judge:
Carrie Dennison, a resident of sc, filed an action with respect to by by herself and all other ”citizens of South Carolina,” who have been likewise situated, against Carolina payday advances, Inc., alleging that Carolina Payday, for making ”payday loans” to Dennison, violated sc Code В§ 37-5-108 (prohibiting unconscionable loans) and sc typical legislation duties of great faith and reasonable working. Alleging minimal variety beneath the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 (”CAFA”), 28 U.S.C. В§ 1332(d)(2)(A), Carolina Payday eliminated the action to federal court under 28 U.S.C. В§ 1453(b).
